Workouts For Beginners

Begin Your Body Training, But Do It Well

When we start an exercise program, we work out too hard or not hard enough. Over the years I learned important points about workouts for beginners that I want to share with you.

Never is a good thing too much effort. Just think, if you are a beginner probably you are not in the best shape, so don’t run a marathon followed by a muscle building program followed by aerobics, cause next day definitely you will not be able to walk or even move.

Everybody wants to make up for lost time all at once, but it is crucial to start slowly. I know you want quick results but if you go so fast probably you will get an injury.

I give the advices cause I learned the hard way. I joined a gym and started walking a five mile trail with friends the same day. After two weeks of soreness I abruptly stopped the program. Now I know the rule: if you start abruptly you will stop abruptly, and that’s no good to your body.

Workouts for beginners should start slowly but not too much. My second attempt showed that to me. I used workouts for beginners like walking and swimming but I did exercise just three times a week. After two months my body was exactly the same. It was a waste of time. The workouts didn’t work cause I wasn’t challenging myself enough. I was never out of breath and my heart rate wasn’t adequately raised.

If you decide to take a workout for beginners make sure you have a challenge. An exercise buddy or coach could help you a lot, cause he could just make you work the right way.
